The proper practice of law requires a creative approach. This is true whether the client needs to collect payment on an unpaid invoice or obtain emergency injunctive relief against a competitor seeking to profit from the client’s proprietary and confidential information. Throughout his years of practicing law, Read has learned how to employ creativity in the courtroom, in mediation, in dealing with opposing counsel, in analyzing and negotiating contracts, and in assisting clients in business transactions.
