The practice of law at Miller Mentzer is primarily devoted to business and
commercial matters with emphasis in business litigation. The firm
represents a broad range of clients, from large, publicly-traded or
privately-held corporations and governmental entities to individual
entrepreneurs. Economical delivery of legal services is maintained through the use of proven advances in technology, computerized research facilities, highly qualified support staff and creative solutions to legal problems. For many of our clients we operate much like in-house counsel. We are familiar with the client's business, its operations and personnel and when needed we retain attorneys with expertise in specialized practice areas, such as taxation, immigration or ERISA, in order to integrate and best utilize that expertise to accomplish the client's goals in the most efficient and economical manner. We recognize that the delivery of legal services is in truth a service industry, and we strive for prompt, economical and high quality service. |
